| Laura Wyatt, Ph.D.
Dr. Laura Wyatt holds a B.A. in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill, an
M.Ed. in Special Education (Learning Disabilities)and a PH.D. in Psychology
from N.C. State University
Dr. Wyatt has been teaching
and tutoring children and adolescents since 1970. She has worked with children
of all ages and tutored a variety of subjects. In addition, she has worked with
children and adolescents with traumatic brain injury, developmental delay, and
other special needs. She is currently co-owner and director of Triangle Learning
Consultants and the Trilogy School where she has specialized in children and
adolescents with learning disabilities and attention problems providing tutoring,
study skills workshops, parent education, and consultation with parents and
teachers.
Cheryl Stallings,
Ph.D.
Dr. Cheryl Stallings received her B.A. in Psychology/Human Resource
Development from N.C. State University. She earned her Master of Arts degree
in Psychology and Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology from East
Carolina University. Dr. Stallings completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at N.C.
State University. She is licensed by the N.C. Psychology Board and the N.C.
State Department of Public Instruction. Additionally, she is a nationally certified
school psychologist.
Dr. Stallings has worked
with children and families since 1988 in public school, mental health, and university
settings. She has conducted evaluations of children and adolescents experiencing
a variety of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional difficulties. Other
services she has provided include individual, group, and family therapy; crisis
intervention; consultation to administrators, teachers, parents, and community
agencies; and teacher and parent workshops.
